Gilad is one of the world’s most popular fitness personalities. As a pioneer in the fitness industry, he has helped millions to stay fit with his popular TV programs ‘Bodies in Motion’, ‘Basic Training the Workout’ and ‘Total Body Sculpt with Gilad. Filmed on location in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands these aerobic and toning workout shows first aired on ESPN in 1983 and are currently the longest running fitness show in the US.

I would also like to give a shout out to Stephen Holt, one of the NFHOF’s Professional Members and an “America’s Top” Fitness Professional. Stephen is a finalist for IDEA’s Personal Trainer of the Year. The IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year Award honors a certified personal trainer who demonstrates exceptional leadership, business management, and instructional skills, inspiring clients to achieve their personal best.

Finally a special thanks to Greg Justice (2017 NFHOF Inductee) for helping organize and promote the “Jack LaLanne Jumping Jacks Challenge.”
In honor of “The Godfather of Fitness” Jack LaLanne - and in celebration of Elaine LaLanne’s (Jack’s wife of 51 years) recent 98th birthday - thousands of health and fitness enthusiasts worldwide (at the 2024 IDEA® World Health & Fitness Convention or virtually via live streaming), will attempt to break the World Record for the “Most People Performing Jumping Jacks Simultaneously!”
